The International Culinary Center is a career oriented culinary institute with campuses in New York City and California. The school’s California campus is located in Silicon Valley, directly between Napa Valley’s world famous wine country and the freshly fished seafood of Monterey Bay, not to mention a short drive from the cultural, culinary hub that is San Francisco. The International Culinary Center (ICC) California campus is within walking distance of a number of local restaurants, as well as the Campbell Farmer’s Market, a weekly event providing both professional and aspiring chefs with an array of locally grown food to choose from.
In 2015, the ICC California campus reached out to local corporations such as Google, Apple, and Facebook, to establish the first annual Silicon Valley Corporate Chefs Cook-Off. Students are encouraged to engage in these and other extracurricular ICC activities, and to experience the local flavors of the valley while working their way through intensive sommelier training, Italian culinary classes, courses in professional pastry arts, and much more.
