As part of its offering to students, the International Culinary Center offers intensive sommelier training at both the New York and California campuses. The International Culinary Center is also the first wine sommelier school in the world to achieve recognition and approval from the Court of Master Sommeliers, which was established to encourage higher standards of beverage service.
